In his M&A practice, Ben focuses on middle-market private equity and asset manager M&A. He advises clients on middle-market buyouts, carve-out transactions, take-private transactions, minority stakes, and venture investments. He also guides private equity managers through complex leveraged buyout transactions across various industries, including technology and data centers, industrial services, business services, consumer, logistics, and investment advisory services.

As part of his investment management practice, Ben works with investment advisers and investors on fund formation, structuring, managed accounts, compensation, and regulatory and compliance issues, including counseling on material non-public information considerations.
