Caroline focuses her practice on planning, consulting, and advocacy work for US- and foreign-parented multinational companies. She guides clients through acquisitions, dispositions, post-acquisition integrations, and internal cross-border restructurings. She also advises clients on intangible holding companies, financing structures, supply chain planning, foreign tax credits, and cash repatriation strategies. Additionally, she counsels clients on US income tax treaty qualifications and treaty benefits.
