She regularly appears in federal and state courts, arbitration tribunals, and administrative proceedings, including before the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration and the Florida Board of Medicine.
Results
- Defended a major financial institution in high-stakes civil actions relating to one of the largest Ponzi schemes in the United States
- Defended a putative class action seeking to block a large health insurer’s reorganization and force a multibillion-dollar transfer to policyholders
- Obtained dismissal and prevailed on appeal for an international accounting firm in a lawsuit brought by the firm’s former CEO seeking attorneys’ fees following a criminal acquittal
