Exclusive Professional Womens Networking Group (EPWNG) 2nd Diversity Inclusion In The Workplace Event

Attorney Jennifer Mikulina will be speaking at the Exclusive Professional Women’s Networking Group (EPWNG) 2nd Diversity Inclusion In The Workplace Event.

The intention of last year’s event was to provide insight and introduction into other worlds. The response of those who attended was that they thoroughly enjoyed meeting new people while gaining important insights and learning different perspectives. With a demand for another lunch and learn around this important topic, all four of the original woman panelist agreed to return for the second year in a row. Jen will be speaking on “Company policies to promote inclusion: Holding leadership accountable for diversity and inclusion initiatives” while other topics include Aki Takahashi Edwards’ session on “Unconscious bias on generation, ethnicity, gender: How can we overcome this bias?”, Ayo Dahunsi’s session on “Diversity and inclusion starts with me!” and Venita Fields’ session on “Managing your career for the long term: A baby boomers perspective.”
