International Trust and Estate Planning 2018

Ellen K. Harrison, M. Read Moore and Carlyn S. McCaffrey will speak at the 2018 International Trust Estate Planing Conference. This year’s program has been re-designed with new topics and morning and afternoon sections focusing specifically on foreign related trust issues, inbound planning issues, compliance and ethics issues, and outbound planning issues. Each section allows the faculty to take a deep dive into the stewardship of the assets of US citizens who reside or have assets abroad, non-US citizens who reside in, are moving to, or want to invest in the United States, and multinational families with assets or family members in more than one country.
