International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented Neoenergia Pernambuco, an affiliate of Grupo Neoenergia, on the negotiation of a credit agreement with Japan International Cooperation Agency and MUFG Bank, LTD. for investments in Neoenergia Pernambuco’s facility.
