Andrew Liazos will serve as a program coordinator for a workshop entitled, “Compensation and Benefit Provisions in Employment Agreements” at the CBA/ABA/IPEBLA Global Pension and Employee Benefits Lawyers Conference in Boston on June 10-12, 2018.
This panel discussion will review common issues regarding compensation and benefits clauses in employment agreement across multiple jurisdictions. Panelists will explore topics such as areas of overlap and contradiction between employment agreements and employer plans, and tax implications when compensation and benefits are contractually guaranteed.
