Partner Lowell D. Yoder will be speaking at the the 71st Annual Federal Tax Conference in Chicago on November 9-10, 2018.

The new tax law will take center stage, with sessions covering the new regime for “intangible” income, asserting taxing jurisdiction in the digital economy, sales of controlled foreign corporations, rethinking the annual accounting period, choice of entity, and loss limiters.

Lowell will act as moderator for the panel on ‘The New Regime For Foreign “Intangible” Income: Worldwide Taxation at a Lower Rate.’
