Cryptshare Joins Main Capital Portfolio with McDermott

Swedish IT security company Pointsharp acquires Freiburg-based encryption expert Cryptshare. Pointsharp – which is backed by Düsseldorf-based software investor Main Capital Partners – enters the German market with the acquisition and makes its second add-on transaction.
