Haley M. Caradonna focuses her practice on corporate and transactional matters, including debt finance transactions. Haley represents banks, private equity funds, and companies in all types of secured and unsecured debt financings, including asset-based lending, acquisition financings, health care financings, cross-border financings, senior subordinated debt and mezzanine transactions.
While in law school, Haley served as a judicial extern to the Hon. Stacey G. C. Jernigan of the US Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas. She was also editor-in-chief of the SMU Law Review Association Annual Texas Survey. She was admitted to the National Order of the Barristers for her achievements in trial advocacy.
