This Symposium will be held virtually via Zoom. An in-person event will not be offered.

Join the University of Richmond’s Law Review for a virtual symposium entitled “Corporate and Securities Law in the Time of the Coronavirus.” The speakers and panelists will reflect on the changes and adaptations occurring in the areas of corporate and securities law as a result of the pandemic. Topics of discussion will include securities litigation, securities disclosure, corporate social responsibility, employment law, and mergers and acquisitions.
