Administration Identifies 19 Treasury, IRS Guidance Projects As “Inactive”

Arthur DeCelle said of a new Executive Order directing federal agencies to create regulatory reform task forces to evaluate existing regulations and recommend changes, “The early months of every new administration provide an opportunity to propose changes to federal regulations. Often some of the best recommendations for change come from industry employees ‘in the trenches’ who live with federal regulations every day.”
