Syed K. Fareed guides multinational clients through all aspects of high-stakes intellectual property disputes, often serving as lead counsel in high-tech patent litigation. Drawing on more than a decade of experience, he represents clients’ interests in district courts throughout the United States, the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the International Trade Commission (USITC) and the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
