Robert Markus focuses his practice on corporate transactions and regulatory matters, advising healthcare organizations and investors on strategic transactions and compliance considerations.

Robert represents clients in complex corporate transactions on both the buy- and sell-side, including domestic and international matters. His experience includes drafting and negotiating corporate formation and governance documents, conducting transactional due diligence, and advising on healthcare regulatory issues in connection with private equity investments and strategic acquisitions. He also has experience supporting major land transactions for renewable energy projects nationwide, bringing a multidisciplinary perspective to sophisticated, highly regulated deals.
