Overview
Dr. Jens Ortmanns represents investors on all aspects of domestic and cross-border real estate projects. A significant part of Jens’ practice is devoted to complex real estate transactions, large-scale developments, joint ventures and financings as well as distressed real estate investments, restructurings and NPL deals.
Jens is the global head of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group and serves on the firm’s Executive Committee.
