Jonathan Bryant is an associate in the London Finance, Restructuring and Special Situations Group and focuses his practice on cross-border leveraged finance transactions, advising corporate borrowers and issuers, private equity firms and other institutional investors.

Prior to joining McDermott Will & Schulte, Jonathan was associate at an international law firm where he maintained an active pro bono practice.

• Advised funders in relation to TLB financings of up to USD 2bn*
• Advised the lenders on a bridge financing for a major Polish acquisition*
