Jay Greathouse represents for-profit and non-profit healthcare organizations, as well as healthcare industry investors, in their most significant transactions. He works with hospitals, physician groups, ambulatory surgery centers, portfolio companies and private equity firms to execute complex joint ventures, cross-border collaborations and transactions, acquisitions and divestitures. Jay’s experience on both sides of the table enables him to maximize outcomes for his clients and facilitate an efficient dealmaking process for all parties.
