Connor Suozzo is a member of the firm’s Supreme Court & Appellate Litigation and Government & Regulatory Litigation Practice Groups. He focuses on high-stakes appellate matters and has authored dozens of briefs in federal and state courts of appeal. At the trial-court level, he litigates dispositive motions, with a particular emphasis on challenges brought under the Administrative Procedure Act (APA). Connor’s experience covers a broad range of substantive areas, including constitutional, administrative, patent, tax, and healthcare litigation. In his pro bono practice, Connor has won appeals involving First Amendment claims, qualified immunity, and habeas corpus.
