Bryson works in support of the firm’s Tax Department with attorneys and business staff in developing systems and processes to enhance efficiencies, assists in the creation and maintenance of internal resources and regularly participates in trainings regarding various tax issues.

Before his current role, Bryson was a senior associate in the firm’s Tax Department, where his practice focused on advising asset managers on U.S. tax issues in connection with the formation of hedge and private equity funds and their ongoing operations, as well as CLO issuances and other securitization transactions.
