Bill Kloos focuses his practice on investment fund matters, including the structuring, formation, and negotiation of public and private investment vehicles.

Before joining McDermott Will & Schulte, Bill spent more than a decade at a global alternative investment firm, where he served for many years as legal counsel assisting the firm with various fund-related legal matters, and later as chief operating officer of the asset-backed opportunities platform, among other leadership roles.
