Angelica Maggioni

Angelica Maggioni focuses her practice on banking and finance, advising financial institutions, companies and investment funds across a wide range of domestic and cross border financing transactions, including real estate, acquisition and corporate finance.

Before joining the firm, she worked within the banking and finance team of a major Italian law firm in Milan and London.

• Advised an Italian energy efficiency company controlled by leading infrastructure and energy investment funds, in connection with a financing granted by a pool of financial institutions for, inter alia, capex and corporate acquisition purposes*
• Advised a pool of banks in connection with a financing transaction involving the reclassification of the financial indebtedness of a company owning a multifunctional center*
• Advised a leading real estate fund manager, as borrower, on a real estate financing granted by a newly established direct lending fund for the refinancing of acquisition and development costs of a port logistics asset*
• Advised a pool of financial institutions in connection with a corporate financing granted to a well-known operating holding company specialized in the production of luxury footwear, apparel and accessories*
• Advised a major Italian bank in the context of a financing in favor of a railway company controlled by one of the main Italian infrastructure fund manager, for the acquisition of a controlling stake in an Italian target company*
• Provided ongoing assistance to the private wealth management division of a top-tier investment bank in connection with the granting of financing to individuals and corporate borrowers*
