Schulte partners Stephanie Breslow, Peter Greene and Joseph Smith recently authored the Vital Insight article “Three key trends for alternative asset managers” for the Service Providers in Alternatives 2023: Preqin Report. The partners discussed emerging managers’ fund terms, extending credit in a rising interest rate environment and the supervisory regime for third-party alternative investment fund managers when fundraising in the European Union.
