McDermott Will & Schulte advises the sellers in D-Marin’s acquisition of Marina di Olbia

Milan, 23 July 2026 – D-Marin Group, a provider of premium marina development and management services, together with Marina di Olbia S.r.l. and Eurodomos S.r.l., has announced D-Marin’s acquisition of Marina di Olbia Yachting Services S.r.l., the operator of the Marina di Olbia marina and Molo Brin in Olbia. The transaction further strengthens D-Marin’s presence in the Italian market and marks the group’s entry into Sardinia, in the iconic Costa Smeralda region.

McDermott Will & Schulte advised the selling companies in connection with the transaction.
