McDermott Will & Schulte advises the Chesneau-Serret Group, a leading player in high-precision engineering, and Weinberg Capital Partners, group’s majority shareholder, on the acquisition of LGB, a specialist in the machining of complex parts.

This transaction will be carried out with the support of Weinberg Capital Partners through its Eiréné fund, and other major shareholders of the group.

This transaction will enable Chesneau-Serret to expand its customer portfolio and service offering while increasing its production capacity.

The transaction is expected to be finalised by the end of 2025, subject to the usual conditions precedent being met.
