McDermott Will & Emery advised EIF, a Paris-based consultancy specializing in local taxation and urban planning, and its founders in connection with the company’s latest funding round, which included four banking funds as well as Amethis.
Following this third LBO, the management team retains a majority stake and reaffirms its trust in Ciclad, which has supported the company since 2021.
The new investors joining the capital are Société Générale Capital Partenaires, Idia Capital Investissement, Socadif, Rives Croissance, and Amethis.
