Munich, February 13, 2024 – McDermott Will & Emery has advised the private bank Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co. KG (Berenberg) on a super senior financing for the AnalytiChem Group.

AnalytiChem GmbH, founded in 2021, supplies laboratories worldwide with high-quality analytical chemistry and reference materials. The company is a portfolio company of the investment firm Battery Ventures.
