McDermott Will & Emery has advised Alstef Group and its partners on the exclusive negotiations agreement on the acquisition of a majority stake in Alstef by Ardian Expansion.
The founders (Pierre Marol and Jean-Luc Thomé) and Future French Champions, the joint venture between Qatar Investment Authority (QIA) and Bpifrance, will reinvest as part of the transaction.
The McDermott team comprised:
