McDermott Will & Schulte assisted Arcaplanet, a leading company in Italy in the pet products and services sector, in structuring a strategic agreement with Bricofer Group, one of the main Italian operators in the DIY, home, and garden sector, aimed at developing the pet supplies offering within the Bricofer, Self, and Ottimax retail network.
The agreement provides for the opening of Arcaplanet stores and the implementation of dedicated corners within Bricofer Group’s commercial network, with the goal of further expanding the brand’s presence in high-traffic retail environments.
McDermott advised Arcaplanet on all legal aspects of the transaction with a team led by Managing Partner Vincenzo Giannantonio and Counsel Giulia Fossati (pictured).
For Arcaplanet, the transaction was handled by a team led by Alessandro Strati, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, with the support of Linda Botto and Pamela Parma.
The partnership will enable Arcaplanet to further strengthen its presence across the national territory through high-traffic retail chains, while Bricofer Group will be able to expand its commercial offering in a category characterized by growing demand and strong development prospects.
