Overview

Sure – we have other problems in Germany right now than the discussion about compulsory vaccination. Those who do not manage to order sufficient vaccine in time do not have to worry about the question of compulsory vaccination being the dominant topic of the talk shows in the election year. There will be no general compulsory vaccination. That is for certain. The German Ethics Council considers facilitation for vaccinated persons (cf. for example the latest ideas of the vaccination leader Israel (https://www.timesofisrael.com/govt-said-planning-heavy-limits-on-leisure-to-those-who-dont-vaccinate/) to be a violation of the principle of equality for the reason mentioned above, among others. This leaves the question of whether there can be compulsory vaccination for employees.
