The Data Act: Myths, Realities and Uncertainties

As part of the new European digital package, the Data Act aims to facilitate the sharing of personal and non-personal data between companies in the private sector and, exceptionally, with those in the public sector. The Data Act applies in particular to the sharing of connected objects and data generated by related services. It also regulates the cloud sector to make it easier for users to switch providers.
