Anne Murray is speaking at the Practising Law Institute’s (PLI) The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and International Anti-Corruption Developments 2024 program on a panel titled, “Ethical Issues in Compliance and Investigations: Real-World Hypothetical Scenarios.” During the panel, Anne and her co-panelists will assess ethical issues in dealing with whistleblowers, evaluate ethical issues in determining the identity of the “client,” analyze ethical issues in cooperating with government investigations and more.
