NABCA’s 32nd Annual Symposium on Alcohol Beverage Law & Regulation

Overview

Alva Mather is moderating a panel and Ryan Tisch is speaking on a panel at the National Alcohol Beverage Control Association (NABCA) 32nd Annual Symposium on Alcohol Beverage Law & Regulation in Arlington, Virginia.

Alva’s panel, “The Ongoing Evolution of Cross-over Product Compliance,” examines the current landscape of cross-over product regulations and how these regulations intersect with existing precedent. Ryan’s panel, “Antitrust: A New Age or Return to History,” debates whether we are truly in a new paradigm of antitrust or simply re-learning historical dynamics with advanced technologies and novel fact patterns.

The NABCA Legal Symposium focuses on legal issues from the perspective of regulators, policy makers, and the alcohol beverage industry. To learn more, visit NABCA’s 2025 Legal Symposium event page.
