Advises private investment funds and investment advisers on a wide range of corporate, securities, finance and other regulatory matters.
Kimberly structures and forms both US and non-US hedge funds and funds-of-funds, as well as the advisers to these vehicles. She has extensive experience advising on late-stage venture investments, structured products, repurchase and reverse repurchase agreements, transactional financing/lending law, securities lending agreements and prime brokerage agreements.
She has also represented family offices, insurance dedicated funds, sovereign wealth funds, as well as banks and broker-dealers (including fintech platforms).
