Nicole Mann sat on a panel of industry experts to discuss “Insolvent Trusts: The inside track in the year of the Re Z Trusts” discussing the duties of trustees and the exercise of fiduciary powers in insolvent situations, insolvency regimes and the order of priority for creditors.
Monica Asher took part in the panel “USA Trusts: Equal to their offshore brethren?” comparing and contrasting US trust capability against the dangers and benefits of dealing with offshore.
