Mayank Pradhan focuses his practice on corporate advisory and transactional matters, with an emphasis on capital markets and public company representation.
He represents issuers, underwriters, and other market participants in initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, private placements, and mergers and acquisitions.
Mayank also counsels companies across industries, including life sciences, fintech, retail, and manufacturing, on securities law compliance, corporate governance, and related disclosure matters. His experience includes Exchange Act reporting, proxy statements, stock exchange compliance, board materials, and strategic transactions. Mayank also advises significant shareholders and insiders on complex beneficial ownership and insider reporting matters under Sections 13 and 16 of the Exchange Act.
