McDermott Will & Schulte advises GenNx360 Capital Partners IV on participation in Whitsons Culinary Group continuation fund transaction

Global law firm McDermott Will & Schulte advised GenNx360 Capital Partners IV in connection with its participation in a single-asset continuation fund transaction for Whitsons Culinary Group, a leading provider of customized dining services and prepared meals to schools, residential healthcare and commercial customers.

The transaction was led by Churchill Asset Management and includes approximately $285 million of total equity commitments, including committed capital to support Whitsons’ continued growth.

The McDermott team was led by Phyllis Schwartz and Shawn McCune.
