Global law firm McDermott Will & Schulte served as legal advisor to Precise Metal Products (PMP) and Staple Street Capital in the sale of PMP to Precise Aerospace & Defense, a new platform formed by ATL Partners focused on building a scaled and vertically-integrated provider of mission critical, highly complex components and sub-systems for the aerospace, defense, and space end markets.
The McDermott team was led by Eric Gilbert and Nate Wolfe with invaluable assistance from Brandon Sarkauskas, Drew Montemarano, Andrew Granek, Joshua Samis, Llewelyn Engel, Ian Levin, Payton Thornton, Greg Heltzer, Jacob Hollinger and Ty Carson.
