McDermott Will & Schulte advises Shine on the acquisition of Libeo

McDermott Will & Schulte advised Shine (Fintech) an administrative and financial co-pilot for businesses and their certified public accountants, in connection with the acquisition of Libeo, a French platform specializing in the management and payment of expenses and supplier invoices.

This acquisition is part of Shine’s strategy to cover the entire value chain of administrative and financial management for SMEs and their certified public accountants.
