McDermott Will & Schulte advises Weinberg Capital Partners on the sale of its stake in PatrimOne Group to Adagia Partners

McDermott Will & Schulte advised Weinberg Capital Partners on the sale of its stake in PatrimOne Group, the leading independent brokerage dedicated to private clients, professional activities and the art world, to Adagia Partners.

Adagia Partners will join the Group’s capital alongside its management team, led by Rémi Béguin and Thierry Barle.

Since Weinberg Capital Partners‘ investment in 2022, PatrimOne Group has doubled in size, and has expanded beyond France, notably into Belgium and Switzerland.
