Mark Devlin

Mark Devlin advises issuers and banks in Germany and throughout Europe on equity and debt capital markets transactions. His practice focuses in particular on matters involving U.S. and European securities laws.

He has extensive experience advising on initial public offerings, capital increases and private placements, as well as offerings of equity, equity-linked and debt securities. He also advises on DIP and MTN programs, investment-grade debt issued by sovereign and corporate issuers, high-yield bonds and Nordic bonds, as well as corporate governance and compliance matters.

Prior to joining McDermott, Mark spent many years practicing in the capital markets groups of international law firms in Frankfurt and New York.
