Global law firm McDermott Will & Schulte has advised funds managed by Tristan Capital Partners, on the refinancing of a mixed-use real estate asset in the South West of the UK, with Santander acting as lender.
The McDermott team included partner Owen Jones and associates William Gibson-Dancer and Bethany Drayton.
