McDermott Will & Schulte advised Ardian Semiconductor on a minority investment in VSORA, a French company specializing in the design of next-generation AI inference chips for data centers.

This transaction marks Ardian Semiconductor’s fourth investment and strengthens its presence in the AI and semiconductor value chain, following the acquisitions of IBS, Synergie Cad, and Centrotherm.
