Paris, June 29, 2026 – McDermott Will & Schulte advised Five Arrows (Rothschild & Co’s alternative asset investment platform), Kamet, as well as the founders and long-standing shareholders of Padoa, the European leader in software for occupational health, safety, and prevention, in connection with negotiations regarding a majority stake acquisition by Thoma Bravo, the world’s largest investment firm specializing in the software sector.

The transaction provides for a reinvestment by Padoa’s partners alongside Thoma Bravo, demonstrating their confidence in the company’s growth prospects.

The completion of the transaction remains subject to obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals.
