McDermott expands its real estate practice with new counsel in Frankfurt

McDermott Will & Schulte welcomes Nicholas Kubesch to its real estate practice. He joins the Frankfurt office as counsel with immediate effect.

Nicholas Kubesch advises companies and investors on real estate and corporate law, particularly in relation to international M&A transactions. His practice focuses on advising on complex single-property and portfolio transactions in the form of asset deals, share deals and joint venture structures. In addition, he advises clients on cross-sector M&A transactions, including auction processes, co-investments and carve-outs, as well as with respect to management participation programs.

Prior to joining McDermott Will & Schulte, Nicholas Kubesch worked for a leading German law firm, advising particularly on major real estate transactions involving individual properties and portfolios across various asset classes as well as companies and investors with respect to cross-sector M&A transactions.
