Alessandro Baronchelli focuses his practice on corporate and commercial law, with particular experience in M&A and private equity transactions.

He works with both Italian and international clients, including private equity funds and industrial players, advising on acquisitions, strategic investments, group reorganizations and corporate governance matters. His practice also includes the drafting and negotiation of a wide range of commercial and civil agreements.

Alessandro is involved throughout the entire transactional process, from initial structuring through to completion, with a particular focus on negotiating and drafting transaction documentation, including share purchase and investment agreements, shareholders’ agreements and corporate governance frameworks, as well as on transactions involving the transfer of businesses and business units.
