McDermott Will & Schulte advises G-Square on exit from Medadom

McDermott Will & Schulte advised G-Square on its exit from the share capital of Medadom, a teleconsultation company.

The London-based fund G-Square had invested in the company during a fundraising round in November 2020.

Medadom’s founders are regaining control alongside Swedish investor Verdane and Bpifrance.
