Overview
Vladimir (Vlad) Popik focuses his practice on financial services matters, with an emphasis on structured finance, securitizations, and asset-backed lending. He advises underwriters, lenders, issuers, borrowers, and service providers across a broad spectrum of asset classes, including litigation advances, structured settlements, life settlements, insurance commissions, equipment leases, lottery receivables, and other specialty finance products. He also represents investors, lenders, hedge funds, private equity funds, and finance companies in purchases and dispositions of portfolios of assets and financing secured by those portfolios.
