Overview
Dr. Svenja Hefner advises financial investors and companies on domestic and cross-border transactions as well as on corporate reorganizations, with a focus on Corporate/M&A and Private Equity. She has experience advising on small- to large-cap transactions, public takeovers, and matters relating to stock corporation and group law.
Prior to joining McDermott, she worked as an associate in the Corporate/M&A practice of an international law firm.
