International law firm McDermott Will & Schulte represented funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. (“Oaktree”), as Sponsor, and the TSG Group, as borrower, alongside Houlihan Lokey, as debt advisor, in the company’s unitranche financing provided by Alpha Wave and Jefferies (as unitranche lenders) and Coöperatieve Rabobank (as super senior lender) for refinancing and dividend recapitalisation purposes.
McDermott’s cross-border team was led by partner and European head of finance Aymen Mahmoud and included counsel Giulia Venanzoni, associate Ryan Clarke and trainee solicitor Fleur Saillard. In Frankfurt, partner Alexander Klein also advised.
