(“Oaktree”), as Sponsor, and the TSG Group, as borrower, alongside Houlihan Lokey, as debt advisor, in the company’s unitranche financing provided by Alpha Wave and Jefferies (as unitranche lenders) and Coöperatieve Rabobank (as super senior lender) for refinancing and dividend recapitalisation purposes.
