Brad Dennis will be speaking at the NAMCP’s 2026 Managed Care Forum taking place April 23 – 24 in Orlando, Florida. Brad will join the panel “From Failure to Opportunity: How Health Plans Can Capitalize on Provider Integration Missteps” on Thursday, April 23. The panel will discuss why many recent provider-led integration efforts – such as provider-sponsored health plans and value-based care platforms – have struggled, and how those missteps can create strategic opportunities for health plans. It will explore how payors can reposition themselves as partners rather than competitors by leveraging failed or stressed provider initiatives into joint ventures, delegated-risk arrangements, or co-branded products. The session will highlight the business, legal, and structural factors health plans should evaluate to determine when and how to convert provider integration failures into sustainable payor–provider alignment.
